Refund Policy

We want you to love every item you receive from Levi In Focus. However, if something isn’t quite right, here’s our refund and return policy:

Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Return Shipping:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
